删除 LingoCatch 账号

Delete your LingoCatch account

在 App 内删除

  1. 打开“我的”，点按当前头像或昵称进入“个人档案”。
  2. 点按“注销账号”并再次确认永久删除。
  3. 选择任一已绑定的 Apple、Google、微信或邮箱身份完成重新验证。
  4. 验证成功后，云端账号、头像和关联数据将被删除，本机学习资料及媒体副本也会被清理且无法恢复。

无法使用 App？

请从登录账号可验证的联系方式发送请求至 service@lingocatch.com。我们会先完成身份核验，再处理删除请求。

Delete in the app

  1. Open My and tap the current avatar or name to enter Profile.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm permanent deletion.
  3. Reauthenticate with any linked Apple, Google, WeChat, or email identity.
  4. After verification, the cloud account, avatar, related data, local learning content, and media copies are removed and cannot be recovered.
