收集的信息
登录时处理 Apple、Google、微信或邮箱身份标识，以及你提供的昵称和头像。邮箱密码仅以 Argon2id 哈希保存，一次性验证码仅保存不可逆哈希；第三方安全令牌以服务端密钥加密。使用云服务时处理任务元数据、转写结果、同步笔记和你主动提交的反馈及附件。
本地与云端处理
导入的原始视频默认保存在设备本地。云转写只上传兼容音频到私有对象存储，并在任务成功或失败后删除；生命周期规则提供兜底清理。头像存储在私有对象存储并通过短期签名地址访问。学习资料优先存于本机 SQLite。
用途和共享
信息仅用于提供登录、邮箱验证、密码重置、同步、转写、分析、反馈和安全保障。除完成这些服务所需的 Apple、Google、微信、腾讯云邮件服务、对象存储、语音识别和 AI 服务商外，不出售个人信息。
保留与删除
账号数据保留至你注销账号或法律要求的期限。App 内注销需使用任一已绑定身份重新验证，成功后删除云端账号、头像及关联数据，并按确认提示清除本机学习数据。未完成上传和临时音频按系统清理策略删除。

Information we process
Sign-in processes an Apple, Google, WeChat, or verified email identity plus the display name and avatar you provide. Email passwords are stored only as Argon2id hashes, one-time codes only as irreversible hashes, and third-party security tokens are encrypted with a server-side key.
Local and cloud processing
Imported source video stays on your device by default. Cloud transcription uploads compatible audio to private object storage and deletes it after success or failure. Avatars remain in private object storage and are accessed through short-lived signed URLs. Learning data is stored locally in SQLite first.
Use, retention and deletion
We use data only for authentication, email verification, password reset, synchronization, transcription, analysis, feedback, and security. Necessary processors include Apple, Google, WeChat, Tencent Cloud email, private object storage, speech recognition, and AI providers. We do not sell personal information. In-app deletion requires reauthentication with a linked identity, then removes the cloud account, avatar, related data, and confirmed local learning data.
